We champion three premier membership programs including the Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS), US Cooperative of International Patient Programs (USCIPP), and National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF). Each of t hese programs supports its members through collaboration, education, and research to help them a chieve their business goals as they pursue excellence and solutions. NCHL’s Leadership Excellence Networks has offered a coaching certification course for the past 4 years. We are excited to partner with the Healthcare Coaching Institute for this special offer. The Leadership Excellence Networks is offering an exclusive coach training experience in partner- ship with the Healthcare Coaching Institute, an accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) coach training program (ACSTH). The course also meets HRCI credit hours with the same standard as ICF. The Healthcare Coaching Institute provides a unique perspective on coaching in our industry and members of NCHL have participated in their program with rave reviews. The certification course will be conducted virtually and be led by DJ Mitsch, one of the first 25 Master Certified Coaches in the world and Past President of Global ICF. The master coach faculty provide a highly experiential training format with a course that has been crafted over the past 25 years.
