THE HEALTHCARE COACHING INSTITUTE'S SIGNATURE COACH CERTIFICATION COURSE FOR NCHL MEMBERS NATIONAL CENTER FOR HEALTHCARE LEADERSHIP 2022 Coaching Certification Course The National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL), is offering our virtual and accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) coach training program, which kicks off in April 2022. This course also meets HR Certification Institute® (HRCI) credit hours with the same standard as ICF. NCHL advances healthcare leadership by addressing critical issues facing today’s leaders. We champion three premier membership programs including the Leadership Excellence Networks (LENS), US Cooperative of International Patient Programs (USCIPP), and National Council on Administrative Fellowships (NCAF). Each of these programs supports its members through collaboration, education, and research to help them achieve their business goals as they pursue excellence and solutions. NCHL has offered this coaching certification course for the past 4 years and are extending this opportunity to all members this year. We are excited to partner with the Healthcare Coaching Institute for this special offer. NCHL is offering an exclusive coach training experience in partnership with the Healthcare Coaching Institute, an accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) coach training program (ACSTH). The course also meets HRCI credit hours with the same standard as ICF. The Healthcare Coaching Institute provides a unique perspective on coaching in our industry and members of NCHL have participated in their program with rave reviews. The certification course will be conducted virtually and be led by DJ Mitsch, one of the first 25 Master Certified Coaches in the world and Past President of Global ICF. The master coach faculty provide a highly experiential training format with a course that has been crafted over the past 25 years. COURSE HIGHLIGHTS The curriculum focuses on core coaching competencies with an emphasis on leadership in the life sciences and healthcare industries. The course includes 64 hours of virtual, synchronous classroom instruction, fieldwork assignments, and 10 hours of mentor coaching by expert faculty members, as required for an ACC certification through ICF.
