Ministry of Health and Wellness REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION FROM DEVELOPERS OR CONSORTIUM OF DEVELOPERS AUTHORISED UNDER THE BUILD OPERATE TRANSFER PROJECTS ACT 2016 (Ref No: MHPQ/NMW&S/2021-2022/Q113) DESIGN, FINANCE, BUILD AND MAINTAIN A STATE-OF-ART CARDIAC CENTRE AT COTE D’OR, MAURITIUS The Ministry of Health and Wellness invites ‘Proposal for Selection’ from competent developers or Consortium of developers (partnership or corporate entities) for the Setting-Up of a State-of-the-Art Cardiac Centre at Cote D’Or, Mauritius. The selected developer would be required to design, finance, build, and maintain a Cardiac Centre during a proposed concession period of 30 years. The selected developer would be requested to design, finance, build and maintain a State-of-the-Art Cardiac Centre, favoring an innovative approach to transform the work environment into a mixed-use ecological and smart building using the state-of-the-art technologies and logistics to improve service delivery with advanced efficient and effective ICT connectivity features. 2. The Request for Qualification (RFQ) document, providing details of the proposals, along with the Project Requirements and the Eligibility Criteria may be obtained free of cost from the Public Procurement Portal at http://publicprocurement.govmu.org. 3. Any Clarification/Addendum issued for this project will be mailed to all those who have availed the RFQ document from this Ministry. 4. A pre-proposal conference on the above Request for Qualification will be communicated through Addendum in due course. 5.
