The selected developer would be required to design, finance, build, and maintain a Cardiac Centre during a proposed concession period of 30 years. The selected developer would be requested to design, finance, build and maintain a State-of-the-Art Cardiac Centre, favoring an innovative approach to transform the work environment into a mixed-use ecological and smart building using the state-of-the-art technologies and logistics to improve service delivery with advanced efficient and effective ICT connectivity features. 2. The Request for Qualification (RFQ) document, providing details of the proposals, along with the Project Requirements and the Eligibility Criteria may be obtained free of cost from the Public Procurement Portal at http://publicprocurement.govmu.org. 3. Any Clarification/Addendum issued for this project will be mailed to all those who have availed the RFQ document from this Ministry. 4. A pre-proposal conference on the above Request for Qualification will be communicated through Addendum in due course. 5. Proposals are to be submitted by email on [email protected] by Monday 28 February 2022 at 10.00 hours (local time) at latest. 6. Late proposals will not be considered.
