WE ARE GATHERING EXPERIENCED INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS TO: ★DESIGN A CERTIFICATION MODEL FOR FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS ACROSS THE FOOD PROCESSING SECTOR IN CANADA. 1.LOOK AT RESEARCHOF HOW FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS ARE RECOGNIZED DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. 2.WORK THROUGH A DESIGN PROCESS TO CREATE A MODELFOR A FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATION. 3.SET THE PARAMETERSAND RECOMMEND STRATEGIES FOR ASSESSMENT. HOW DO WE GET THIS DONE? 1.WITH FOOD & BEVERAGE PROCESSING COMPANY SUPPORT ACROSS CANADA 2.WITHFOOD & BEVERAGE PROCESSING COMPANIES IDENTIFYING SUBJECT MATTER PARTICIPANTS 4.BY ACCESSING SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS IN THE FIELD TO DEVELOP MODEL AND ASSESSMENT STRATEGIES BEST SUITED FOR THE OCCUPATION 3.BY UTILIZING EXPERT FACILITATORS TO LEAD ONLINE CERTIFICATION MODEL DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS ●Oversees either entire assembly lines or one entity. Works directly with operations staff to ensure production runs without disruption. ●Preforms workplace management and financial tasks that assist in obtaining maximum efficiency at a low cost within specified standards.
