Assists in maintaining QA Programs (Pest Control, Sample Shipments, Mock Recalls, etc.) Communicating and training personnel on new directives, policies, or procedures to explain changes, answer questions and maintain morale. Inputs data electronically and provide feedback on trends for sanitation, plant and customer quality reports. QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGERS WITH 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE IN: Quality Assurance Managers make sure a company's products and services meet and maintain set standards. You are responsible for managing, hiring and training QA staff. Analyzing production data and writing production reports along with ensuring that production stays on schedule and within budget. QA Managers ensure conformance to company policies, food safety and quality standards and product specifications. National Occupational Standard for Quality Assurance Manager This document will become a Launch industry's first National Occupational Standard for Quality Assurance Managers Your company's contributions will be recognized in the final product. Allow employers to identify the skills required for various occupations, assist with recruiting, job description creation and perform job evaluations.
