2019 Builder Kit Write Up Orders 2

It’s been 5 years since we updated the Builder Kits, and it is time to update and refresh the brochures again! Everything will be revised: there will be new content, new graphics/pictures and a more contemporary look will be given to the documents. Rather than tri-fold brochures, the kits will be stepped bi-fold brochures and the topics will be color-coded to stand out. The topics will be Heating, Water Heating, Cooking, Clothes Drying, Hearth and Outdoor Living. As in the past, when you purchase a quantity of 1 kit, it will include all 6 brochures; there is no breaking up the set. Each brochure can be customized with your company’s logo. You will also have the option to purchase a folder for the kits, which can be customized with your company’s logo. The folder will also be updated with a modern look. You do not have to purchase a folder if you purchase the brochures. New this year we are offering the option to purchase a set of the one-page tip sheets. In the past, we have posted pdf’s of these documents for you to print as needed. We felt these documents needed to be professionally printed to allow you to present an entire professional packet to your homebuilders. The topics for the tip sheets are Choosing Natural Gas, Energy Pricing for Hot Water, Outdoor Living, Space Heating, Stand-By Generators and Tankless Water Heaters. The tip sheets are optional and if you order 1 set, you will receive all 6 tip sheets. Prices for these items are as follows: Quantity Brochures Folder Tip Sheets 1,000 $4,250.00 $ 2,250.00 $ 3,000.00 2,500 $5,750.00 $ 3,250.00 $ 4,500.00 5,000 $10,750.00 $ 5,250.00 $ 9,500.00 The pricing includes having the items customized, printed and shipped to your location. We will ship to multiple locations if needed but do request a minimum of 50 units to each location. Due to the cost to update the brochures and kits we are taking orders before we proceed with the project. If we do not receive enough orders, we will not proceed with project.
